Components for Diesel Engines

Electromagnets CS Series

1.	Electromagnets with different power supplies either AC or DC ranging from 12 V. to 220 V. The AC electromagnets have a built-in rectifier.
2.	Electromagnets with increased power ratings for intermittent duty. Naturally enough the power of the electromagnet can be increased in proportion to the frequency of intermittent duty. However, taking into consideration the fact that intermittent duty may last for a limited period, in the event that particualry high power ratings are required, we recommend our I - C - CI series models which have been specially designed to offer high power performances combined with compact size.
3.	Connector can be positioned at any angle in relation to the fixing holes.
4.	Electromagnets complete with fixing feet.
5.	Electromagnets with 5000 V. insulation between coil and housing.

Electromagnets I - C - CI Series

I	Electromagnets especially designed for intermittent duty. Its wide range makes it suitable for very high powered traction and thrust forces.
C	Continuous duty electromagnet that consists of 2 electromagnetic circuits: pull circuit - holding circuit. Cut-out of the pull circuit is activated by the plunger, when it has performed its max. stroke and thus opperates on the internal switch. This model has been specially designed and built for various traction and thrust applications, thrust in particular, thanks to the special characteristics of output pin, which having adequate dimensions, does not undergo bending or friction.
CI	This is a double circuit electromagnet: Pull circuit - Holding circuit. Both circuits are energized by means of the engine start key, otherwise by a three-way switch. When this electromagnet is used for engine stop, the cut-out of pull circuit occurs as soon as starting operation is over. When this model is used for other purposes, the pull circuit is cut-out by an operator, who moves the switch from pos. 3 to pos. 2 (holding position).

Scavenge Pump
The pump is made of bronze with brass external cladding: Thanks to its excellent resistance to atmospheric agents it is especially suitable for marine engines, while its extreme functionality allows it to be used for motor pump assemblies, power units and motor-welding sets.

Water Heaters

The R.A. 1200 and R.A. 3000 series are especially designed to guarantee preheating and temperature maintenance for water and other fluids inside the endothermic engine cooling circuit. In order to take full advantage of this natural thermosiphon circulation system, the heater must be mounted towards the bottom of the engine interrupting a main circuit pipe and allowing complete air venting while filling. These items are provided with a built-in thermostat to adjust the fluid temperature as needed. The above-mentioned items are manufactured in thick steel to withstand vibrations and avoid corrosion.
